Beth A. Ronnenburg, BILG President

Beth A. Ronnenburg is President of Berkshire Associates Inc., a human resources consulting and technology firm that specializes in affirmative action compliance solutions. With over 20 years of experience in the human resources field, Beth uses her EEO/AA expertise to advise professionals on effective solutions for remaining proactive and reducing liability.Beth currently serves as a board member for the National ILG, where she represents the Mid-Atlantic Region. She is also on the board of the Baltimore ILG and The Women’s Housing Coalition.


Josi Rossi, Membership

Josi Rossi is an EEO Compliance Professional for Northrop Grumman Corporation, headquartered in Falls Church, VA with more than 85,000 employees. She is responsible for the implementation and alignment of Equal Employment Opportunity, administering the Affirmative Action Plans, and functioning as subject matter expert to the business on all EEO/AA areas. Ms. Rossi is experienced in regulatory compliance, workforce analytics, affirmative action, OFCCP/DOL audits management, diversity and inclusion metrics and project management.



Francisco G. Torres Jr., Esq., Programs
As Manager of EEO/AA Programs of M&T Bank, Frank Torres plans, directs, analyzes and manages the production of EEO and Affirmative Action (AA) compliance functions at M&T Bank—an organization headquartered in Buffalo with more than 16,000 employees domestically and abroad. Under Frank’s direction, M&T Bank is a member of the Central and Western NY, Liberty and Baltimore ILG (serving as Program Chair). With over 17 years HR/Diversity/AA/EEO experience, Frank directs and strategically manages company responses to OFCCP audits, and directs the development and communication of 70+ annual affirmative action plans to internal management. Presently, Frank is a member of M&T Bank’s corporate Employee Resources department and participates in the Disability Advocacy Network and iGen (Inter-Generational Employee Networking) employee resource groups. Frank completed his undergraduate degree at the State University of New York at Brockport (B.S. Political Science) and his law degree from the SUNY Buffalo School of Law (J.D.) He is admitted to practice in New York.

Keli Wilson, Communications

Keli Wilson is a Principal Consultant with DCI Consulting Group, Inc. (DCI). She leads the diversity and inclusion practice group with metrics driven services. Keli manages a team of associate principal and senior consultants who assist contractors with compliance needs, such as affirmative action plan development, pay equity analyses, strategic audit advice, and training support. She writes blogs and white papers, presents at local and national conferences. Keli received an M.A. degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Xavier University and B.A. degree in Psychology from West Virginia University.



Lynn Clements, Secretary

As Director of Regulatory Affairs for Berkshire Associates Inc., Lynn Clements serves as a strategic advisor on AA/EEO compliance issues and oversees Berkshire’s audit defense practice. With almost 20 years of experience in employment law, Lynn previously served in several senior-level positions at the OFCCP and EEOC and as a shareholder at a management employment law firm, where she regularly defended clients in large-scale systemic discrimination matters. A frequent speaker to HR professionals of all levels, Lynn has testified before Congress on EEO issues and regularly assists industry organizations in understanding and responding to regulatory proposals. Lynn is currently Secretary for the Baltimore Industry Liaison Group (BILG).
