Debra Milstein Gardner has over 36 years of experience in the human resources field. In 1990, she founded Workplace Dynamics LLC, a consulting firm specializing in human resources compliance solutions in the areas of affirmative action and equal employment opportunity.Prior to starting Workplace Dynamics, Ms. Gardner worked for Marriott Corporation for 9 years as a specialist in the areas of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action as well as gained human resources generalist experience working in a food service operations division as Director, National Employment and Compliance. She began her career working for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) as an investigator and a field operations auditor.Ms. Gardner holds a BS in Counseling from the University of Maryland. Ms. Gardner authored the 10th edition of the Affirmative Action Profile and co-authored the Diversity and Inclusion Profile for ELLA® (Employment Labor Law Audit). She has also been published in the OFCCP Digest, Baltimore and Washington Business Journals, BLR.com, and BusinessInsurance.com on employment related issues. Debra is the Vice Chair of the Baltimore Industry Liaison Group, and a member of the Maryland Association of Affirmative Action Officers and SHRM.
Beth A. Ronnenburg is President of Berkshire Associates Inc., a human resources consulting and technology firm that specializes in affirmative action compliance solutions. With over 20 years of experience in the human resources field, Beth uses her EEO/AA expertise to advise professionals on effective solutions for remaining proactive and reducing liability.Beth currently serves as a board member for the National ILG, where she represents the Mid-Atlantic Region. She is also on the board of the Baltimore ILG and The Women’s Housing Coalition.

Keli Wilson is an EEO Compliance Manager, Principal Consultant at DCI Consulting Group (DCI), headquartered in Washington, DC. She provides client-focused consulting in equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action (AA) regulations for federal contractors and subcontractors, including federal or federally-assisted construction contractors. Known for her leadership principles of conscientiousness, trust, and empowerment, she trains, mentors, and manages employees in compliance related analytics. Her area of expertise includes AA reporting, strategic audit discussions, mock audit projects, pay equity analyses, compliance training and development, reduction in force analyses, and diversity metrics.Keli is a current member of several professional organizations including the American Psychological Association (APA), Baltimore Industry Liaison Group (BILG), DC Metro Business Leader Network (BLN), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
As Director of Regulatory Affairs for Berkshire Associates Inc., Lynn Clements serves as a strategic advisor on AA/EEO compliance issues and oversees Berkshire’s audit defense practice. With almost 20 years of experience in employment law, Lynn previously served in several senior-level positions at the OFCCP and EEOC and as a shareholder at a management employment law firm, where she regularly defended clients in large-scale systemic discrimination matters. A frequent speaker to HR professionals of all levels, Lynn has testified before Congress on EEO issues and regularly assists industry organizations in understanding and responding to regulatory proposals. Lynn is currently Secretary for the Baltimore Industry Liaison Group (BILG).
